Hello -- This would definitely be free shipping outside of Canada (to Maine)? I assume it is probably subject to custom duties but usually not if the item is under a certain cost. Lastly, it indicates free returns but how does that work if sending from Maine? Any details you can share would be appreciated, thanks you.

Hi! I would say that the colours are more muted like the last photo - it varies a bit between pillow cases because these are hand printed. So beautiful either way :) Hope that helps! thanks, Karie
