Hi. I just bought this hat in cream and the bent was completely bent out of shape and damaged. It isn’t the shape of the pictures hat brim at all. This is false advertising. It also took forever to arrive.

How do you measure your head to see if this would fit.

PIPE AND ROW

Using a cloth measuring tape place it around your head over your occipital bone (the furthest part on the back of your head). Bring the measure around to the front of your head. About 5 mm above your ears and position it in the center of your forehead, or just above the eyebrows (depending on where you want your hat to sit). If you are between sizes, we recommend going a size up!

Hi, We don't carry Rag & Bone at our stores so I'm not too sure about their sizing but Lack of Color tends to run pretty true to size if you are normally a Medium in hats. The inside diameter of the Rancher Hat in a Medium is 57cm or 22.4 inches. Hope this helps and let us know if you have any other questions :)
