Minimum was initially established as a small boutique in Arhaus, Denmark but evolved into a clothing line in 1999 when the first men’s wear collection was launched. Women’s wear was later added in 2007. Referencing the old adage that 'less is more', Minimum roots itself in practicality and simple, minimalist design. Streamlined silhouettes are made fresh and interesting with quirky patterns, an industrial sensibility and unique, trademark details such as quilting and crosshatching.
