Samurai's S710SC-KI jean is a "kinari" colored jean, which roughly translates as ecru or beige. The color is achieved through retaining all of the stems and leaves from the cotton plant as it's processed and spun into yarn, components that are typically cycled out and discarded. Retaining the stems and leaves into the yarn production allows for a heavy textured fabric that also presents with a wider degree of color and texture variation, with small flecks of brown presenting through the face of the fabric.
