the Nimbo Alto yoga mat can be layered over other mats or used by itself as a travel mat. it can also be left around the house adding a pop of graphics and color. the micro suede surface has grip when you sweat and feel comfortable. the lines help with alignment and the square is a great spot for mediating. The all natural rubber backing is recycled and the mat can be machine washed and line dried. It will curl up when washed but dries flat. Dimensions: 24"x 72" Weight: ~1lb, 11oz
