Inspired by the Brazilian volleyball shoes of the 70s, VEJA is reissuing the Volley - its very first model launched in 2005. - Upper: Organic Traced leather (O.T.) - Panels: Organic Traced leather (O.T.) and Suede - Logo V: Suede - Insole: Amazonian rubber (11%), E.V.A. bio-sourced (42% sugar cane), recycled E.V.A. (11%) and organic cotton (12%) - Outsole: Amazonian rubber (40%), mineral silica (23%), recycled rubber (10%), synthetic rubber (11%) and others (16%) - Welt: Synthetic rubber (40%), mineral silica (22%) and others (38%) - Lining: Recycled polyester (100%) - Laces: Organic cotton (100%) - Made in Brazil O.T. Leather (Organic Traced) comes from 100% certified organic farms in Uruguay, a country known for its livestock farming culture and high-quality leather. This is our softest and thinnest leather. It is mechanically treated to gain suppleness and finesse, then tanned in Brazil using fewer dyes than conventional leather. VEJA uses dyes that comply with regulations and ensures responsible water use during the tanning process.
