The Boutique
Owner and founder Steve Kang came up with the idea for BlackBlue when he was studying marketing and entrepreneurship at the University of Minnesota. It was his combined passion to design clothing and have a curated retail area to sell those designs that pushed him to open his own shop. Based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, the space is filled with quality clothing, footwear and bags. Plus, BlackBlue also houses at least 30 different fits of jeans, so you’re likely to find that perfect pair of true blues.
