Goodnight Moon has its charms, but the list of designers stocked by this San Francisco-based boutique is pretty much the best bedtime story. Taking inspiration from nature, color, texture, art and design, owner Amy Mautz curates the store with an eye for textiles.

Dave Ball and Mari Gustafson created their own line of women’s wear when they couldn’t find anything they truly wanted to wear. Luckily they had the design skills to make it.
