In commemoration of their 10th anniversary, Bangkok's Carnival has teamed up with ASICS to reinterpret the Gel Kayano 5 360 model in vivid style. Based on the Betta splendens — better known as Siamese fighting fish — the ASICS x Carnival Gel Kayano 5 360 "Betta" is dressed in the vibrant blue and red hues of the fish itself. The upper is made from a combo of premium suede and mesh, while boasting smooth leather overlays throughout. Co-branded labelling decorates the shoe on the tongue, rear quarter panelling and on the insoles. Reflective elements are housed within the gradient Tiger Stripe and on the heel collar. A transparent 360 GEL midsole represents water — an essential of life — and provides comfort and cushioning underfoot.
