ASTORFLEX x Fresh Beenflex Forest Green, Navy, Burgundy and Blue The latest instalment from the Fresh Projects stable is an offering of footwear from one of our favourite manufacturers Astorflex. Handcrafted in Italy with a staggering amount of care and attention to detail, their eco-friendly footwear is amongst the best in the world. Which prompted us to call up our shoe making friends over in Mantova and suggest we collaborate on a very special version of their versatile and super comfortable Beenflex model. Available in two different colourways, their multi tonal palette was chosen in reference to another impressive collab we stocked a while back between Barbour and Hikerdelic. Though there's also a definite nod towards the suede shoe styling favoured by the Reggae stars and Rudeboys of Jamaica. Handmade in Italy using suede sourced from master tanneries in Tuscany, the Fresh take on the mighty Beenflex also features vegetable tanned leather insoles and a natural rubber sole that have all been constructed using water based adhesives. A strong style with whatever you choose to match them up with, we'd suggest a pair of cords and a nice big jacket for the ultimate Autumn look.
