To say Shira Laye and Morgan Carrier have wanderlust is a bit of an understatement. The girlfriend/boyfriend design duo behind Lacar spent years dating across the Atlantic before coming home to the west coast of British Columbia to start their own jewelry line. Bringing back inspiration from Gothic and Renaissance art and newly honed expertise in metalsmithing, they combined forces to launch Lacar in 2013.
