They replaced their bucolic countryside surroundings with the sprawling, creative neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Here, lemonade stands gave way to vibrant dresses and delicately designed lingerie. Today, with a small team of 40 people, Laura and Gillian continue to stitch these principles into every fiber of their collections.
