Hello, I love this boot, but Im not sure whether this color called HAVANE is more of a tobacco brown or a lighter camel/tan? Also, I usually wear a size US womens size 9 so I assume a 39 would fit, but could you please let me know in inches what is the widest width of the sole of the exterior of the boot. Thank you.
