Vibrant Patchwork Dress by La Runion in size 3. Hand assembled in New York by textile artist and first generation Nigerian designer Sarah Nsikak, these custom patchwork dresses are inspired by the Namibian women of the Herero tribe, which was nearly destroyed by colonial wars in the early 20th century. Her dresses are unique works of art meant to empower, embolden, and inspire all while telling the stories of Africa. All dresses are made using recycled material and special vintage dead stock natural fabrics. Panels are meticulously selected and some hand sewn to preserve the vintage materials.
