Nadira and Ryan Hurley, the founders of Vert & Vogue, met in 2001 at a Parisian men's boutique that Nadira managed. After buying an entire new wardrobe from her, Ryan mustered the courage to ask Nadira on a date. A year later, they were married and, a year after that, living in New York. Vert & Vogue is the child born out of this love story, a combination of Ryan’s passion for sustainable business and Nadira’s fashion savvy. Luxury candle and fragrance brand, Maison Louis Marie, has drawn inspiration from the rich botanical history of Louis-Marie Aubert du Petit-Thouars, a distinguished 19th century botanist known for his research of orchids and collection of plant specimens. Founded in 2013 by descendant Marie du Petit Thouars, the Belgian brand creates elegant home fragrances and perfume oils infused with aromas  like jasmine and lime, as well as nostalgic scents such as Neige de Printemps (‘spring snow’), which was inspired by her visits with her grandmother in Switzerland.
