Milena Silvano studied and worked in fashion in Milan and then London before removing herself from city life and settling into a slower, more present lifestyle. These days she calls East Sussex home, where she grows and forages dye plants to color the reclaimed and deadstock sheepskins and organic cotton fabrics her work is anchored in. Described by the designer as part English countryside and part Californian dreamscape, you’ll find the definition of ease in Silvano’s silhouettes, tweaked with by an artful eye.
