What does an under-the-radar legacy brand look like? Samuel Drira took that question to task in 2014 when he stepped in as creative director of Nehera, a Czechoslovakian label founded 80-some years ago by Jan Nehera. At its height, Nehera was sold globally by more than 130 retailers, the booming business ultimately halted by the developments of WWII. In its 21st century rejiggering, Drira delivers modern luxury with fluid shapes in sophisticated fabrics. To learn he’s also served as a creative consultants for clients including The Row, Christophe Lemaire, Hermes, and Damir Doma comes as no surprise.
Aw yeah!
