Stocked with brands like Carhartt WIP, Chinatown Market and Canada Goose, it represents a new chapter in our retail history. Spearheaded by visionary brandmaster Jaeki Cho, Alumni of New York in Flushing invokes the spirit of the original location on Utica Avenue and fuses it with a 21st century vision that is undeniably inspired by the city. Beginning as a fashion-fueld passion project between two friends, Opening Ceremony quickly developed into a major fashion house and distinct lifestyle brand. Carol Lim and Humberto Leon founded the brand in 2002 with the idea of it becoming a creative outlet where they could share their passion for the arts, travel and fashion. Since then, Opening Ceremony has built a reputation for their pioneering vision in the industry.
