Rachel lives in LA with her creative director / designer husband. She started the company right out of college with the goal of dressing women of all shapes and sizes and stages of life, and to make them feel beautiful and empowered. As a native Angeleno it was always important to her to participate in her local economy and put money back into her city. She has been ethically manufacturing her line in Downtown LA since the beginning and employing people from all over the world (mostly women!). Sweet and simple, the Romi dress is the perfect linen long dress, featuring a scoop front and back and buttons lining the left leg. 70% Cottom / 30% Linen Machine wash cold with like colors, lay flat to dry Made in Los Angeles

Rachel Pally has been at the forefront of ethical, locally manufactured women’s clothing since 2002. Her inclusive view of women is what has set her apart from other brands over all of these years, Rachel Pally celebrates all women and has set out to reach the many bodies and lifestyles and ages in her timeless collections. A working woman herself and mother of 2 young children, Rachel’s collections are designed to go from day to night, work to play. Since the very beginning, Rachel Pally, Inc. has been privately owned and operated. Her fabric is milled in Los Angeles, just down the street from where the garments are cut and sewn. As a native Angeleno, it is important to Rachel that she supports her local economy and employs small family-owned factories, while she continues to build her business. At a time when fast fashion is a strong industry force, Rachel Pally truly believes in buying (and making!) fewer, better, more conscientiously manufactured items that will last a lifetime.
Let's see what we can do about that.
