Owner Magda Jaworska left the retail scene of Williamsburg to pave the way with her own shop in the up-and-coming neighborhood. Accessible and girly with an edge is their MO. Seek Collective is a brand of thoughtfully made items with a dedication to transparency, authenticity, craft, and sustainability. Seek is focused on establishing connections between art, product, consumers, process, and makers. Made in India through partnerships with like-minded communities and people, everyone who touches our brand shares the same values. We create clothing with the purpose of making people feel connected, creative, beautiful, relaxed, joyful, empowered and sophisticated. Every Seek Collective garment involves hand block printing, natural dyeing, handloom weaving, and/or hand embroidery. These processes truly embody the slow clothing movement, as many of these techniques take at least two months to complete even before stitching begins. Seek is a woman owned business and while our artisans include both women and men, we are proud that the final stitching is done with a women owned studio in Bangalore.
