White Elephant is a charmingly curated independent boutique with equally charming owners. Friends Hollie Pocsai and Jane Labatte opened up shop on James Street North in 2008 with a mission to showcase independent makers from Canada. In August 2014 they expanded and opened a second location in the Westdale neighbourhood. They focus on local and sustainable design for a store brimming with classic, contemporary and thoughtful wares. You’ll find designers like Valerie Dumaine, Eve Gravel, Birds of North America, Betina Lou and more.
