SWORDS-SMITH is an innovative retailer of womenswear, menswear, jewelry and accessories. The Brooklyn boutique carries a unique curation of more than 80 talented designers, their own in-house collection and exclusive collaborations from brands, artists and friends. Founded in 2013 by married partners Briana Swords and R Smith, their goal is to enable clients to discover new brands and support exciting designers who emphasize creativity and quality.
The Designer
Stutterheim was founded in 2010 by Alexander Stutterheim, a former copywriter and father. The brand bills itself as “Swedish melancholy at its driest” — pun intended (we assume), as we’re talking about a rainwear brand. Characterized by simplicity, functionality, and timeless design, Stutterheim raincoats are made by hand to weather (our turn) the test of time without sacrificing good looks.
