The Designer
“BIBIO” meaning small in Gha, is the name of my project. A project capturing my now and the evolution of myself. I wanted the freedom to work from project to project, without the pressure and constraint that often comes with channelling my creativity. Alongside my first love childrenswear, I wish to use these garments, photographs and dialogue to document my world and the people that inspire me. Working alongside our responsible suppliers, we are always striving to be innovative and incorporate a better practice that benefits both supplier and consumer. By only working with small based factories and artisans we can ensure that our suppliers work to our code of conduct. Being a supplier comes with great responsibility which is why we have worked very hard on building an open working relationship based on trust, so we can be sure they adhere to all ethical Standards. Our current extended family (supply base) are in Portugal, Morocco, and Ghana.
