Though practices vary from region to region, the general concept is that it's good luck if a good-looking person is the first to walk through the front door of your house after the clock strikes midnight. We don't know if it really does bring good luck, but it's a fitting metaphor for The Dyas's first foray into accessories. The Feet Wallet features a coin pocket and four card slots. It's also made from Piatex, a durable high performance pineapple leather made from a natural waste product. After all, we all love a good wallet, but leather tanning is a complicated process, involving approximately 20 stages and 250 chemicals (including toxins and heavy metals) and synthetic alternatives such as PVC (polyvinyl chloride) are ecologically toxic to produce and dispose of. Piatex uses less water, contains no harmful chemicals or animal products and produces minimal production waste - which makes it the perfect 'first foot' into the world of accessories.
