The Boutique
Founded in 1985, Maze is a family-run business that carefully sources and edits a selection of men's and women's fashion from brands around the world. The store's offerings do have a distinctly British style sense, with classic wardrobe staples updated in rich fabrics and punchy patterns. The Maze's philosophy of sharing the pleasure of clothes is clearly time-tested and approved.
The Designer
Woolrich is an American apparel institution. It was 1830 when John Rich — fresh off the boat from England — set up a woolen mill in Plum Run, Pennsylvania, traveling to local lumber camps and farms to sell his wool fabrics, socks and yarns. In 1850, the company introduced the enduring buffalo check shirt, the first in a series of pieces designed as workwear that now populate many modern closets.
