Hi, What are the waist and hip measurements for a S and M? Does this style have an elastic waist or zip closure? Thx!

Hi! The waist has a side zipper. The small has a 30" waist. Bottom of waist/top of hip is 35" opening up to at least and 50-54" drape. The size medium has a 32" waist (36.5 at bottom of waist /top of hip - up to 64" in drape/hip area). Essentially, if the waist fits the pants should fit as the hip on all sizes is quite flexible. The other size we have is xs which has a 28" waist.
