Does this accordion dress fit snugly or hang from shoulders?

Hi thanks for your question. It fits pretty loose and hangs on the model in the photo who is normally a size 4. The fit would depend on which size you are trying to accommodate. It may fit a bit more snug and fitted on a larger size. Hope this helps!

How sheer is this dress?

Hi, it's got a good amount of volume so it's not as sheer as you'd think but it's still a bit sheer. Nude undergarments would work great, or a nude slip. We found when we shot it for our website, dark undergarments such as black or red really stood out. Hope this helps, thanks Pam
