ace&jig is a textile love story. In 2009, owners Cary Vaughan & Jenna Wilson set out to create a seasonless women’s collection from one fabrication: their own yarn-dye, woven fabric. They wanted to create timeless garments from their own textile designs, as interesting in texture as in color and pattern. Effortless clothing that could be worn in many ways, for many years. Their search for the ideal manufacturer led them to India, where they found experienced textile specialists weaving on ancient wooden hand looms. Several times a year they travel there and work one-on-one with weavers to create their authentic fabrics. Their Indian partners share their core values and practice the holistic kaizen philosophy of continuing to improve. Not only do they provide free childcare, but they also use reclaimed water to grow organic produce for their employees. The Wyatt Top is a button front top with dropped shoulders and a generous sleeve. - Peace textile - 100% Cotton, lightweight, singlecloth - True to size - Measurements - XS: 21 ¾ ‘’ long, 20 ¾ ‘’ chest, 7 ¾ ‘’ bicep - S: 22 ¼ ‘’ long, 21 ¾ ‘’ chest, 8’’ bicep - M: 22 ¾ ‘’ long, 22 ¾ ‘’ chest, 8 ¼ ‘’ bicep - L: 23 ¼ ‘’ long, 23 ¾ ‘’ chest, 8 ½ ‘’ bicep - SKU #AJQ9151

Based in Houston, Sunchild is an online lifestyle shop that celebrates creativity and quality. It began as a collaborative project between owner Christina Sun and her father — the name Sunchild is a tribute to her dad, who encouraged Christina to follow her dreams. The shop’s MO is to bring meaning to the things that we use every day, which means their shelves are stocked with clothing and wares from independent designers who dedicate themselves to maintaining that authentic artisan touch.
Inspired by their love for antique textiles and unique patterns, Cary Vaughan and Jenna Wilson started Ace & Jig in 2009. Ever since then we’ve been finding our own inspiration through the Brooklyn-based fashion line’s seasonless yarn-dye stripes and rad collections of women’s wear and home goods. The designers work closely with their partners in India to create their signature, hand-woven fabrics.
