Paris Men's Fashion Week 2025 : More is More
When we said maximalism was the overarching fashion theme for the year, we meant that across the board. And nowhere have we seen it on such full display than the Paris Men's Fashion Week FW25 runways. From generous cuts and expert tailoring at Lanvin to colorful sets from Kenzo, designers are shouting at men to express themselves and giving them every option to boot. Even Hermès stepped a bit out of the box with gorgeous graphic sweaters. Emerging designers like KidSuper and Willy Chavarria also had us cheering for their bold use of color, texture, and playfulness—and plaid. Plaid is proving to be big this year.
Other things we're seeing both on the streets and in the shows:
-Suits worn every which way, from super casual with sneakers to red-carpet-worthy styles
-Men with bags with charms
-Western wear, especially oversized cowboy hats
-The return of labels (quiet luxury is so 2023)
-Statement coats. Men are often left out of this category, so we're excited to welcome you to the club.
The brilliant thing about FW25 shows happening when it's still fully winter? You can get excited for next season while using it as inspo right this very moment. Here's a roundup of our favorite runway moments.
