How does The Loop work on Garmentory?
List your previously loved items on the Garmentory marketplace. Our team will review your products quickly and get them in front of shoppers. There’s no fee to join, and you don’t pay anything until your items are sold!
Can I list any item? Can I list items not purchased on Garmentory?
At present, we are only accepting products from select brands or designers. We are doing this in order to offer purchasers of resale items the same confidence and assurance they have come to expect when shopping for new items on Garmentory.
What are the seller fees?
You’ll take home 70% of the final sale price when you choose to be paid through PayPal or bank deposit.
Earn an additional 10% when you choose to receive Garmentory credit instead of cash.
Earn another 5% when you sell items you previously purchased on Garmentory. We cover all credit card processing and shipping costs at no additional charge.
What condition can the items be in?
Our 4-level Condition Rating Scale describes the condition of the pre-loved item.
Like New: Item still has tags attached and in pristine condition.
Rarely used: Item has been worn a few times, but still in excellent condition.
Washed & Worn: Item has been worn many times (and washed), but no signs of damage.
Needs Repair: Item has some damage and requires repair.
Please make sure to mention conditions in the item description and include photos indicating any major damage (tears, stains, missing buttons, etc.) to avoid disputes and returns.
Garmentory reserves the right to adjust your condition rating or remove the listing based on the uploaded photos and product descriptions.
How does shipping work?
Garmentory will cover the cost of shipping and send you a prepaid label to apply to your package. You can print and apply the label before dropping it at the nearest carrier location. In many cases, you may schedule a carrier to pick up the package from your home.
Orders, Returns, and Cancellations
All purchases of pre-loved and vintage goods are considered final sale. Customers have up to 7 days to dispute the purchase if the product listing was not accurately representative of the condition in which it arrived, so please be sure to provide accurate listings!
Our customer service team will be able to assist you with any cancellations you need to make before processing the order. We will contact the customer directly on your behalf. All seller-buyer communication will be mediated by Garmentory.
If an order is not processed within 7 days, we will automatically cancel an order and refund the customer their payment.
How long will my item be listed on the website?
We allow items to be listed on Garmentory for up to 3 months.
When can I expect to receive my earnings from items sold?
Purchasers have up to 7 days to contact our team with any concerns about discrepancies with the item they received. If after the 7-day window, there are no disputes, we’ll apply your balance to your account for payment.
