1 An inspired purchase happens when another shopper adds an item to their cart immediately after viewing that item on your public profile — either from your purchases or your wishlist. When that happens, you earn store credit from their order.

- How do I earn rewards?You earn 3% in store credit on everything you buy. You can also earn more when other shoppers discover and purchase items through your public profile — 2% from your past purchases and 1% from your wishlist.
- Which orders are eligible for rewards?All orders placed while logged in to your account are eligible for rewards. Please note, orders placed as a guest are not eligible for rewards. Orders placed before commencement of the Rewards Program are not eligible for rewards.
- What counts as an inspired purchase?If another shopper adds an item to their cart immediately after viewing that item on your public profile, it counts as inspired and you earn rewards from that order.
- Do people see my personal information?No. Your public profile never shows your name, email address, or any personal details — only the items you’ve purchased and wishlisted. You may opt out of having your profile public at any time through your account settings.
- When are store credits issued?Store credits are issued 30 days after qualifying purchases are completed.
- How do I redeem store credits?Store credits are automatically applied to your order total when you make a purchase. Simply proceed to checkout and your store credits will be applied automatically.
- Where can I check my store credit balance?You can check your store credit balance on your account page.
- How long are store credits valid?Store credits earned via the rewards program are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- How do I make my wishlist and purchases public to start earning rewards from inspired purchases?You can make your wishlist and purchases public on your account settings.
- How do I opt out of the Rewards Program?You can opt out of the Rewards Program at any time through your account settings.
